Pressed on a Dieffenbach line
Every Couteau board begins on a Dieffenbach continuous-press line — among the most advanced wood-based-panel technology in the world. Fine, evenly planed strands are laid in a cross-mesh and pressed continuously along a 45-metre press at over 700 kg per cubic metre.
The result is a dense, stable, precisely made board — the dependable foundation beneath every Couteau cabinet, door and panel — bonded with low-formaldehyde, responsibly sourced adhesives.
