Pre-sale consultation

  • A home survey — we visit to measure up and understand the space before anything is designed.
  • Technical advice — our engineers assess feasibility and develop a solution around your requirements, refining it with you until the details are agreed.
  • A showroom welcome — a guided visit to see and handle the products in person.

Support as we fit

  • Installation — on-site fitting by our own project managers, supervisors, engineers and installers.
  • A single point of contact — your sales contact stays with you once the order is placed.

Caring for your interior

Care & maintenance

Couteau interiors are made to be lived with. A little routine care keeps them looking their best for years.

  • Wipe painted and woodgrain surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and dry them afterwards. Avoid abrasive creams and scouring pads.
  • Deal with spills promptly, particularly near joints and edges.
  • Keep worktops and doors free of standing water, and ventilate kitchens and bathrooms well.
  • Adjust hinges and runners occasionally — or ask us to, as part of our after-sales service.
